They Blue Smokey Eye

First apply a skin colored powder over eye lid. Should be the same color as your skin.
Then apply a light colored blue eye shadow on the ball of your eye. (The part below the crease)
Then apply a darker colored blue along the crease.
Then get a smooth makeup brush and smooth the eyeshadow upwards towards the lid, untill you like it
Then rub your finger across your brow line softly so there is a soft look to it.

Easy as that!
